Cookies are small pieces of information a website stores in your browser. MIH uses essential cookies for sign-in and to remember your privacy choice. Optional site improvement stays off until you allow it. Closing settings, scrolling or continuing to browse does not count as permission.

You can choose essential cookies only and still browse, sign in, use your bag and save favourites. We remember your choice for 180 days on this browser. Clearing site data, using another browser or a change to our optional-cookie purposes may ask you to choose again.

These support features you request and cannot be switched off in our settings. They are not advertising identifiers.

mih_refresh

Keeps your account signed in. It is set by MIH’s server, protected from JavaScript access and sent over HTTPS on the live site. It is restricted to authentication requests. It expires with your session, normally after up to 30 days per renewal, and is cleared when you sign out. Your bag and favourites are stored with your account, not inside this cookie.

__Host-mih_cookie_preferences

Remembers your choice, the policy version and when you chose it for 180 days. It contains no account ID, email or sign-in token. It is limited to this website’s host and uses HTTPS. The settings interface can read this preference; it cannot read your sign-in cookie.

With your permission, MIH uses anonymous page-speed, visit and shopping totals to improve the site. These include page and product views, favourites, bag changes and Instagram link clicks. Reports use broad page categories and do not include your account, product identifiers, full addresses, search terms or visitor identifiers. They are sent directly to MIH without browser cookies or a referrer address.

The optional __Host-mih_site_visit cookie holds only a UTC date and a minute-rounded activity time for up to 24 hours. It helps estimate one visitor per browser per day and visits separated by 30 minutes of inactivity. It contains no unique ID and is cleared when you switch this option off. These counts are estimates, not identified people.

MIH combines measurements into hourly totals and keeps this anonymous history for 30 days, with hourly cleanup. This option does not install a separate analytics provider. Necessary server security logs and server response-time monitoring operate independently of this choice.

Turning this option off stops future optional reports and discards queued measurements in this browser. Reports already received cannot be withdrawn individually because the combined measurements do not identify you. MIH also keeps this measurement off when your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal.

MIH does not currently use advertising pixels, retargeting cookies or cross-site browsing profiles. We do not ask you to enable categories that are not in use. If we add an optional purpose later, it will stay off until you make a new choice.

We also save a copy of your cookie choice in this website’s local storage, under mih_cookie_preferences, so a refresh can remember it when the preference cookie is unavailable. It contains only the same choice, policy version and date, expires after 180 days, and never contains account information. Updating your choice updates both copies; the latest choice takes precedence.

Your browser and MIH’s service worker may cache public app files and product images for faster repeat visits and limited offline use. Private account responses are not kept in that shared cache. This storage does not track you across websites.

Fonts load from Google Fonts, which receives connection information such as your IP address. Instagram and TikTok links open those services only when you choose them; their own privacy and cookie policies then apply.

If your browser blocks preference storage, your choice applies to the current visit and optional measurement remains off until you choose to allow it. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser. Blocking the essential sign-in cookie prevents your account session from being remembered.
